What Does Abode Design & Construct Do?

There is no "title" for what we do, so it is easier just to describe it. Abode Design & Construct is a complete answer for any development, as we do the entire process from under the one roof. From thorough (and free) feasibilities to ensure that a development is worth doing, to the complete package of full Town Planning documentation and applications, Building permits, Subdivision and all pre-construction documentation. The site works and construction is also done vie Abode Design & Construct:

• Construction - via our very unique approach to pricing, detailing and constructing via our builders network. The system we use is completely exclusive to AbodeDAC and should really be checked out to believe and compare. The opportunities offered to the client (you) are very exciting as you get to detail the houses / specs which in turn gives you the control on end contract price and presentation of the job (i.e. Not just "builders range"). All construction is contracted directly between one of our approved quality builders that work very closely with AbodeDAC and the end client / bank. AbodeDAC stay around for the entire project to support the client.

• Site Improvements / Landscaping - This refers to all the requirements on a site that are not directly related to the construction of a house. This is all done by Abode Landscaping as per the requirements of the client or council. The systems and ability for the client to have more input in the detailing and pricing is the same as the construction section, however the actual works are done by our own company using our uncompromising systems.

• Subdivision – For unit sites or straight subdivision, this step is also done "in-house" via Abode Subdivisions. The actual land surveying and subdivision documentation is contracted to our preferred land surveyor, the remaining works, authority liaising etc is all done once again "in-house". The systems we have set up for this step are very efficient and very simple for anyone to understand.

The most obvious thing that you should find from a relationship with AbodeDAC is that EVERYTHING IS COMPLETELY TRANSPARENT. By this we mean that nothing is hidden, you have more control on planning what suits you and that even simple things like our timelines and delays (if any) are completely presented to the client so there is nothing hidden and no excuses. Try and find that anywhere else....
